WaxAir is an aviation company with some 30 years experience in international transport logistics. The company is based in Somerset West, near Cape Town, South Africa.

The company's owners, Mark Cockburn and Eddie Buitenbos are directly involved in the day-to-day activities of the company and pride themselves in the professional attitude and creative ability of the WaxAir team in providing logistic solutions worldwide.

In addition to technical industry knowledge, the company is backed by sound commercial and financial expertise. Mark is a Chartered Accountant and Eddie has some 30 years commercial and operational management experience in the international aviation industry. Both owners are pilots.

The company's growth is ongoing but controlled. Having commenced business as a Charter Operator, it has since added WineXpress as a dedicated division to service the South African wine export industry.

A Clearing & Forwarding division was established recently, to provide customers with a comprehensive, seamless service portfolio.
