We offer a choice of reliable, easy wine export options at affordable rates, backed by years of experience. We are also a customs licensed Clearing and Forwarding company.

Exporting your wine - 5 easy steps:

1. Select the service you require from the WineXpress Price List:
   Option 1 - Estate to Door
   Option 2 - Estate to Airport
   Option 3 - Estate to Post Office
   
2. Complete the WineXpress Order form ( * )
   
3. Settle the amount due for transportation with the wine estate.
   
4. On collecting your consignment from the estate, the bottles are individually packed in special Styrofoam inner containers, with durable outer packaging, for safe handling and transportation.
   
5. The shipment is dispatched as per your instructions on the Order Form.

please phone 082 847 9073. The Order form will be faxed within minutes.

ORDERING YOUR WINE FROM HOME

You also have the option of ordering your wine from home. Please click on "Get a Quotation" and email your requirements to us, either for purchase & transportation or transportation only. We respond within 24 hours.

   Prices apply to wines in standard 750ml bottles.
   For champagne and wine in larger sizes
   please contact us for a quotation.

   WaxAir is pleased to also offer the Cape Visitor these useful Services:
   
   
   
   • Excess Baggage. Avoid paying expensive overweight charges when checking in for your flight home. We airfreight your baggage at a fraction of the cost.
     
     
   • Specialised Packing Crating and Wrapping service for baggage, golf equipment, curios, diving gear etc.
   
   
   
   • Door collection in the Stellenbosch, Helderberg &
   
   Franschhoek areas for above services. Other areas on request.
   
   
   • Air Charter. Local & Regional.
   
   
   
   • Sight-seeing flights. Experience breathtaking views of the Winelands, Cape Peninsula, West Coast or Overberg areas. Minimum 2 hours.
     
     
4. Conditions:
   
   • Business transacted in accordance with Standard Trading Conditions. Copy available on request.
   
   
   
   • Rates, duties, taxes, charges, schedules, country limitations and conditions subject to change without prior notice.
   
   
   
   • Prices based on the ruling exchange rate. WaxAir reserves the right to levy a surcharge, should the exchange rate affect prices.
   
   
   
   • Customs duties, taxes & import limits of destination country deemed correct. WaxAir not responsible for any subsequent changes.
   
   
   
   • Charges for shipments not collected on arrival , including disposal costs, are for account of consignee.
